An Overview of the HRD Testing Landscape

An Overview of the HRD Testing Landscape

Online
30 August, 2023 1:00 pm-2:00 pm (GMT+1)

Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase inhibitors (PARPi) has emerged as the greatest game-changer in the treatment of ovarian cancer. As HRD-positive (Homologous recombination deficiency) tumors are more sensitive to PARPi, HRD testing identifies advanced ovarian cancer (AOC) patients who will benefit most from PARPi treatment. Thus, a reliable HRD testing with accurate, actionable results is an important first step to guide informed targeted treatment and improve health outcomes for AOC patients.

Join Dr. Pantelis Constantoulakis, Scientific Director and Chief Genetic Officer of Genotypos Science Labs, in this webinar as he will shed light on the landscape of HRD testing, existing commercial HRD solutions, and real-world clinical concordance data.

What will you learn?

The commercial and practical landscape of HRD testing
The best practice recommendations for testing algorithms and interpretation
The latest clinical concordance data of AmoyDx HRD solution
The factors and limitations that might affect the accuracy and reproducibility of HRD measurements.
