The AmoyDx ® Thyroid Cancer PCR Panel is a qualitative real-time PCR assay designed for the detection of 21 single nucleotide variants (SNVs) across the BRAF, NRAS, HRAS, KRAS, TERT, and PIK3CA genes, as well as 12 gene fusions involving RET, PPARG, NTRK1, and NTRK3. The assay is compatible with FFPE tissue, fresh frozen tissue, and fine-needle aspiration (FNA) samples.
